Here’s a real treat – just in time for Christmas – A totally indulgent morning of chocolate heaven! Learn how to make delicious, luxurious and ‘healthy’, chocolate at a chocolate-making workshop with a difference.

In the workshop you’ll learn how to make chocolate that’s dairy, soya, gluten and refined sugar free.  It’s made with pure organic cacao powder and cacao butter and a natural sweetener that’s unrefined.  So you’ll be able to make gifts of chocolate for your dairy intolerant and vegan friends.  They will love you forever when you tell them they needn’t miss out on the joys of chocolate anymore!

We’ll be adding natural flavours and yummy things  – you can even grow some of them yourself!

You’ll also learn a really easy way to temper the chocolate so that it looks good as well as tasting delicious.

Plus, you’ll also learn about the equipment you need, top tips for success and where to buy your ingredients and supplies from.

By the end of the workshop you’ll know:

How to make delicious home-made chocolate.

How to flavour your chocolate using all sorts of things from nuts, essences and even flowers and plants from your garden.

The equipment you need to ensure that your chocolate making is easy and stress-free.

Where to buy your ingredients and equipment from.

I’ll show you how easy it is and you will choose your flavourings and put together a selection of really gorgeous chocolates to take home.

There will – of course – be plenty of opportunity to taste the chocolate as we go along!

Please note – The chocolate we will make is quite a dark chocolate but we can adjust the recipe to make it a bit less dark if that’s your preference.
