Feel the benefit of summer with this informative and fun workshop learning about and creating food with flowers and homegrown items.
You will start the day with a presentation and demos about edible flowers, and then make your own lunch – – a floral salad, a pesto sauce/paste and maybe some stuffed flowers depending on what we’ve got. Some sunflower bread (made in my bread maker), some floral ‘butter’ and also a floral drink.
After lunch we talk about desserts and baking, making some make some lavender shortbread, which you can choose to take home or eat with afternoon tea!
